Built-in chamber. Middle pipe for enhanced "suction effect".

■Exhaust system tuning is not just about reducing resistance.
In tuning the exhaust system, if you simply want to reduce exhaust resistance, the best way to improve performance is to make the muffler larger or to exhaust directly from the exhaust port. However, exhausting directly from the exhaust port reduces performance. This is because if the piston simply pushes out the exhaust gas during the exhaust stroke, the exhaust gas in the combustion chamber is not completely expelled, and the combustion chamber cannot be filled with air-fuel mixture during the next intake stroke. In other words, the engine's performance cannot be fully utilized.

■The key to increasing output lies in the negative pressure wave, or the "suction" force.
In order to efficiently expel exhaust gas from the combustion chamber, it is key to actively "suck" it out, rather than just pushing it out with the piston.
Exhaust gas flows through the exhaust manifold (in the case of turbo cars, it flows through the turbine → front pipe) → middle pipe → muffler, and the "negative pressure wave" that is generated in this process becomes the source of the suction force.
A "negative pressure wave" is pressure that occurs when exhaust gas reaches a point where the volume expands, such as an expansion pipe, and is generated by the change in volume, and it travels in the opposite direction to the muffler outlet. When the "negative pressure wave" reaches the exhaust port, it has nowhere to go, so it reverses direction toward the muffler outlet and becomes a "negative pressure reversal wave." This "negative pressure reversal wave" becomes a "suction force," sucking out the gas remaining in the combustion chamber. As a result, more air-fuel mixture is filled into the combustion chamber during the next intake stroke, increasing power.

Our "exhaust chamber kit" enhances the suction effect by installing a chamber (expansion pipe) in the middle of the middle pipe. The key to the setting is the layout of the chamber, which is the point where the negative pressure wave is generated. This is because the rotation range in which the effect is exerted changes depending on the distance of the chamber from the exhaust port, and the output characteristics change. In other words, the location of the chamber will result in differences in characteristics such as high rotation type or low rotation type. Our aim is, of course, the best for the street. The layout is designed to improve the accelerator response in the normal range. In addition, the chamber diameter is carefully considered to improve exhaust efficiency. By the way, since the catalyzer (catalyst) and other parts are mass-produced, there is no increase in exhaust volume. It is possible to install the part alone, but we recommend using it in combination with an AutoExe muffler.
