Next, adjust the position so that the end of the vehicle-side garnish in the blue circle is hidden by the "large pillar garnish," and then temporarily secure it with masking tape.
②Determine the mounting location.
Apply masking tape to the vehicle to determine the mounting position on the right end, then remove the A-pillar garnish.
Clean and degrease the areas on the vehicle body where the double-sided tape will be applied using parts cleaner.
Apply pack primer to the degreased area and leave at room temperature.10Let it dry for about 1 minute.
③ Install the A-pillar garnish.
Remove the release paper from the double-sided tape on the back of the large and small A-pillar garnish from one end to the other.30mmRemove it. Fold the tape over to the surface and temporarily secure it with masking tape.
Align the A-pillar garnish with the positioning masking tape, and while holding it firmly to prevent it from shifting, peel off the release paper from the double-sided tape in the order shown in the video, and press it down firmly.
Finally, remove all the masking tape used for positioning.
Perform the same procedure on the driver's side, and the job is complete!
