■Installation Procedure
① Cleaning the windowpanes
Before replacing the wipers, clean the windows with a cleaner or similar product.
② Removal of the original wiper blades
First, you need to raise the wipers, but there are two ways to do this depending on the car model.
<Vehicle models where the wipers are hidden under the hood, such as the Mazda3, CX-30, and MX-30>
If you turn the key ON and then immediately OFF, and then raise the wiper switch twice in quick succession within 30 seconds, the wipers will stay in the raised position.
<Other vehicle models>
Hold the center of the driver's side wiper blade and lift it towards you to raise the wiper. Once the wiper arm is at a right angle, it will not return to its original position even if you let go.
The same procedure is performed on the passenger side.
Pull the cover towards you to open it as far as it will go, then pull out the wiper blade.
*If the arm falls, there is a risk of the window glass breaking, so be sure to lower the arm slowly when performing other tasks.
Open the cover of the Aero Sport wiper blade and insert it into the hook on the arm. Push it in until you hear a click, then close the cover securely.
Finally, return the wiper arm to its original position.
(For vehicles like the Mazda3, CX-30, and MX-30, where the wipers are hidden under the hood, turning the key to the ON position and raising the wiper switch will return them to their original position.)
*Please never operate the wipers with the wiper arms raised, as this may damage the hood or windows.
