If you remove the cap before the water temperature has dropped, hot water or steam will spray out due to the pressure.Always perform this work when the engine is cold (i.e., after the engine has not been started for at least half a day).
If you are performing the removal and installation yourself, please follow the instructions carefully and proceed with caution.

■Items required for installation
- A cloth to wrap around the radiator cap when removing towels or other items.
(Hand protection items such as work gloves)
■Installation Procedure
① Remove the original radiator cap.
Wrap the radiator cap in a towel and slowly loosen it by turning it counterclockwise.
Stop once the pressure has eased slightly, and release the pressure inside the radiator.
If there is still pressure remaining, you will hear a hissing sound.
After releasing the pressure, remove the radiator cap. When doing so, use a towel to catch any coolant that might spill.
*Please be careful when removing it, as hot water or steam may spray out.
Align the protrusion on the sports radiator cap with the notch on the mounting opening.
When viewed from above, the cap will be oriented as shown in the image.
Fasten the screws completely in a clockwise direction until the logo is facing forward.
*If it's not properly sealed, hot water may spill out. Please make sure it's securely sealed.
After replacement, warm up the engine and check all parts for coolant leaks.
