---------------------------

Although it has the same shape as the mass-produced product, the internal piston uses a "micro-low speed valve" that generates precise damping force from the moment it starts moving. It precisely controls changes in the car's posture, creating a high-quality ride with a sporty, flat feel. Recommended for use with lowdown springs or genuine springs. >>More details

Achieve the desired handling without lowering the vehicle height. Mass-produced shaped product.

What we focus on in suspension tuning is not the absolute amount of roll, but the roll speed to reach that point. In other words, in what process does a roll occur and progress? The damping force characteristics of the damper, which controls this, are the key to achieving handling that gives a sense of unity with Jinba.

Generally, the damping force of a damper is compared based on the value when the piston speed is 0.3 m/s (30 cm expansion/contraction per second), but this is not very useful for everyday driving such as when driving over a large bump. This is an area where it does not occur. It is the lower piston speed of 0.1m/sec or less that suppresses the unpleasant rolling that occurs in situations such as entering a corner or turning back into an S-curve. Our "Sports Damper" uses a "high-precision micro-low speed valve" that generates precise damping force from the moment the damper starts moving in the internal piston. By ramping up the damping force in a sharp curve from a very low speed range of 0.05m/sec or less, the aim is to achieve a characteristic that quickly responds to steering operations. On the other hand, ride comfort has been taken into account by reducing the damping force after 0.1m/sec, which causes the vehicle to push up, and by keeping the damping force on the compression side low. The basis of damping force setting is a unique damping ratio (balance between spring constant and damping force) that matches the spring constant of mass-produced springs. The optimal setting is made by combining the two.
