Sport Plug Wires

This device employs a stainless steel core wire with low electrical resistance and excellent noise resistance. The core wire is wrapped around reinforced Kevlar, and three strands of Kevlar are spirally wound to prevent the generation of magnetic fields that cause noise. Furthermore, the core wire is coated with a double layer of silicone film. The low-resistance triple-core wire structure enhances ignition power.

Even a gasoline-powered car cannot run without electricity, as the gasoline won't burn. While this is an extreme example, it illustrates just how important the performance of the spark plug wires is. You might think that simply using low-resistance wires would suffice, but modern cars aren't that simple. Using copper wire, which has high transmission efficiency, to reduce resistance generates electrical noise that negatively impacts the audio system and ECU.
Generally, resistors are used in plug caps and other components to reduce noise, but this increases resistance in exchange for noise reduction, so a compromise is necessary. So, what did we do? First, we adopted a wire material that has low electrical resistance and excellent noise immunity. Three reinforced Kevlar cores were wrapped tightly around a magnetically resistant, low-resistance stainless steel core wire, and the three were wound in a spiral. At this stage, the generation of magnetic fields, which are the cause of noise, is already prevented. Next, we double-coated it with two types of silicon with different hardnesses, and also used silicon material in the boot section to create a structure that confines the noise.
Furthermore, the connection terminals are also specially designed, achieving a low resistance of approximately 0.4 kΩ/m (ignition power is about 20 times that of mass-produced models) while ensuring noise immunity. At first glance, it has a colorful and fashionable appearance, but inside it is packed with high functionality. The powerful acceleration and positive impact on fuel efficiency due to stable ignition performance are also supported by user reports.
