We handle a wide range of products, from accessories and goods to functional parts, exclusively for Mazda vehicles. We plan to expand our services in the future, including repair parts.

■Regarding installation work

Given the nature of online stores, we expect many customers to perform the installation themselves.
Car maintenance, including parts replacement and installation, is a way to have a close relationship with your beloved vehicle, but replacing and installing core components requires specialized knowledge.
It carries the risk of serious accidents, such as operational errors or damage.
Customers who are not confident in their ability to perform the installation themselves are requested to refrain from purchasing from our online store and instead purchase and have the product installed by one of our authorized dealers.

① When the customer installs it themselves

・Please refer to the estimated work time listed in the product information for the difficulty level of the task.
The estimated work time is based on the experience of our skilled workers, so please allow ample time and perform the work accurately and carefully.
Also, even for the same vehicle model, installation may not be possible depending on the trim level, or other parts may need to be replaced. Therefore, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the product information at the link before placing your order.

② Regarding bringing in and installing purchased products

As a general rule, please refrain from bringing your purchased product to a Mazda dealership or car shop and requesting installation there.
For after-sales service and safety reasons, we recommend purchasing and having the product installed at a shop that performs regular maintenance such as statutory inspections.

■ About shipping and delivery fees


① Regarding products being sold out or out of stock after ordering

Our online shop shares inventory across multiple systems, and there may be discrepancies in stock levels depending on the timing. While we constantly adjust our inventory, popular items may become out of stock if orders are concentrated. In the unlikely event that an item is sold out or out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding the possibility of restocking and delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.

Additionally, for some products, even if they are out of stock, a "Purchase via Backorder" button will be displayed, allowing you to place an order.This item will be shipped as soon as it arrives in stock..

② Payment Methods

Bank transfer is also available as a payment method. (※Within Japan only)
However, please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

1. We will inform you of the bank transfer details by email after you place your order (during business days).
2. Please transfer the payment to the designated account within one week of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays). If payment is not received by the deadline, your order will be cancelled.
3. After placing your order, the product may become out of stock or sold out before payment is confirmed. If the product is out of stock, it may take some time to ship, and if it is sold out, your order will be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
4. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we cannot accept cancellations after the transfer has been made, even before the product has been shipped. Please be aware of this.


[Regarding order cancellations]

Order cancellations are accepted.merchandiseCancellations are only possible before shipping. Please note that cancellations due to customer reasons are not accepted after the product has been shipped.

③ Regarding product shipment

Even if you order multiple items at the same time, the shipping carrier and delivery date may differ depending on the item. In such cases, we will inform you of the shipping carrier and tracking number by email at each shipping stage.

⑤ About international shipping costs

For international orders, shipping costs will be added based on the weight of the items.

To our international customers

AutoExe products are developed with the assumption that they will be installed on vehicles manufactured for the Japanese domestic market.
As a general rule, we do not verify compatibility with vehicles designed for overseas export. Therefore, due to differences in specifications, the product may not be installable or may require modification for installation.
Furthermore, since we are not familiar with the regulations of each country, installation may result in non-compliance with safety standards.
*The instruction manual is only available in Japanese.
Please be aware of the following before making your purchase.

⑦ Regarding efforts to abolish delivery slips

At AutoExe Store, we have discontinued sending delivery slips in order to promote a paperless system and prevent the leakage of information such as order details. Please check the "Order Confirmation" email that we send you when we receive your order for your order details.
For those who wish to receive a delivery slip, we will send you a PDF delivery slip attached to an email. Please include "Delivery slip requested" in the "Order Confirmation" email so that we can see your order number, etc., and reply to the email.
We would greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

⑧ Deletion of customer account

Regarding the deletion of your account registered with the AutoExe Store,Inquiry FormPlease contact us for further information. Account deletion (After your account is cancelled, we will contact you via email. Please note that your AutoExe membership registration will also be cancelled at the same time.

Add to cart

On the product page, select and confirm the make, model, type, quantity, etc. of the product you wish to order, and then tap "Add to Cart." Once added to your cart, the contents will be displayed.

If you wish to select other items, you can either close your cart by tapping the "×" mark or return to the product page by tapping the "Continue Shopping" button.
If you wish to proceed with the purchase process, tap "Buy Now" to go to Step 3.

Check your cart

The number of items in your cart is displayed in the upper right corner icon. Tap the icon to check your order details and quantities.

Tapping "View Cart" will display the order confirmation screen.

Once you have decided on all the items you want to order, tap "Proceed to Checkout" to go to Step 3.

Log in / New account registration

If you already have an account, please enter your email address and password under "Login". If this is your first time using our service, please enter your contact information (email) and shipping address. (PayPal is also available.) *Please be careful to enter the correct information.
