The underfloor is hardened with a surface, improving the performance of the body and suspension.
This "member brace set" is an advanced version of the lower arm bar. Whereas the lower arm bar is a "line" that directly connects the left and right pivots, this is more like a "surface" that covers a wider area. A three-dimensional truss-like high-rigidity steel oval shaft is stretched under the open floor structure, centered around the front and rear cross members. Strong gussets are placed at the mounting points that are subject to heavy loads to prevent input from the road surface from concentrating at one point. As a result, it helps to suppress twisting and distortion of the body and prevent changes in the suspension geometry throughout the entire underfloor, helping to keep the suspension movement as designed. As for the impact on the minimum ground clearance, the low area increases, but the reduction is kept to a maximum of about 15 mm.
