- When applying the pack primer, if it goes beyond the specified areas or gets on areas other than the specified areas, wipe it off immediately.
- After applying the pack primer, allow it to dry at room temperature for about 10 minutes before proceeding to the next step.
・In order to increase the adhesive strength of the double-sided tape, the working environment15Please do this at temperatures above ℃.15When installing at temperatures below 35°C, use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm up the double-sided tape before proceeding.
-When installing, be sure to tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque to prevent them from loosening.

①Base pad installation.
If you want to adjust the height, use the included5mmUse a spacer.
*In the video, two 5mm spacers are installed.
After assembly, it is connected to the base part.
Tighten the included flange nuts with a ratchet wrench, then use a torque wrench to finish.(Tightening torque*:5.0Nm~7.8Nm) *Reference value
②Degrease the back of the base and apply double-sided tape.
Clean and degrease the back of the unit.
Then, cut the double-sided tape to the specified length and attach it.
Please see below for tape length and application position.
③ Determine the installation location
Temporarily attach the product to the door trim.
If you feel that the height is not correct, go back to step ① and adjust the height using a 5 mm spacer.
Once the adjustment is complete, apply masking tape along the outer circumference of the main unit to determine the installation position.
Remove the main body and attach it to the vehicle body.(Inside the masking tape)Clean and degrease.
After that, apply pack primer to the degreased area and leave it at room temperature.10Let dry for about a minute.
④ Installation of the knee pad body
Peel off the double-sided tape for temporary assembly, degrease the back of the main body, and then apply pack primer to the outer circumference of the product.At room temperature10Let dry for about a minute.
*The degreasing process is to improve the adhesion between the product body and the double-sided tape.
Remove the release paper from the double-sided tape.30mmPeel it off and fold it back onto the front.
*Please note that the height cannot be adjusted once the double-sided tape has been applied.
Place the main body on the door trim that has been positioned with masking tape, and while holding the main body firmly so that it does not shift, peel off the release paper from the double-sided tape and press it down.
*It is heavy, so be sure to press it firmly against the vehicle and take care not to drop it.
Finally, remove all the masking tape used for positioning.

① Determine the installation location
After cleaning and degreasing the double-sided tape attachment area on the back of the unit, apply Pack Primer and allow to dry for at least 10 minutes.
Then, attach double-sided tape to the outer circumference of the product.
At this time, press it firmly against the wall between the console trim and the dashboard.
Once the position has been determined, apply masking tape around the outside of the product to fix the installation position, then remove the knee pads.
② Installation of the knee pad body
Vehicle side mounting position(Pasted in ①Inside the masking tape)Clean and degrease.
After that, apply pack primer to the degreased area and leave it at room temperature.10Let dry for about a minute.
Once everything is removed, press the body firmly onto the console.
