Our "sports mufflers" are designed to prioritize exhaust efficiency by carefully examining the pipe diameter and venturi in consideration of the optimal layout for each vehicle model. Sound tuning is based on a method of creating a propagation distance for sound waves, shifting the phase and interfering with the high and low frequencies of the sound (see conceptual diagram). Noise reduction that does not rely on sound-absorbing materials such as glass wool (*(Except for the RX-8) creates a clear, smooth sporty sound even in the high range. Another nice point is that, in theory, there is no change in volume over time. The slash tail with cut-off tail end and the perfect circular dual tail create a unified rear view that is suitable for the character of the vehicle, from sports cars to SUVs.
