---------------------------

Focus was placed on the rigidity of the unit from the brake pedal, which converts pedal force into hydraulic pressure, to the master cylinder. The pedal mounting area, bulkhead/master cylinder back, and body on the engine bay side are all three-dimensionally reinforced with high-rigidity steel braces. By suppressing distortion of the entire unit, the delay in response between stepping on the pedal and the brakes working has been improved. This contributes to the realization of "decelerating at will." >>Learn more

---------------------------

Towards deepening "deceleration at will."
The key to brake tuning is ensuring rigidity.

In order for moving and functional parts to operate accurately, it is ideal to not move the parts that support them... We at AutoExe have long maintained that body reinforcement is the starting point of tuning. The same goes for brake systems. For sports-oriented drivers who enjoy driving, there is a lot of room for improvement in the "feel" of brakes by suppressing the slight distortion of each moving part that is allowed in mass-produced cars.
Among these, we focused on the rigidity of the unit from the brake pedal to the master cylinder, which converts pedal force into hydraulic pressure and transmits it to the pads. A portion of the pedal force that should have been converted into hydraulic pressure escapes into the bulkhead (the partition between the engine room and the cabin) on which the unit is mounted, or into slight distortions in the unit itself, resulting in a delayed response (see diagram). Of course, this is at a level that can be ignored in normal driving, but in order to achieve the "flexible deceleration" that we are aiming for, it is a tuning point that cannot be overlooked.
