About returns, exchanges, and cancellations


◎Please request returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. Please be sure to contact us in advance. We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges without prior contact.

◎In the unlikely event that the delivered product is damaged during delivery, defective, or different from the product you ordered, we will replace it at our expense. In that case, please contact us and return the item.

◎Please note that in the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and any fees incurred during the refund process. Please also note that products that have been used or products that have been damaged or scratched by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.


◎To cancel your order,merchandiseCancellations are only possible before shipping. Please note that cancellations due to customer reasons are not accepted after the product has been shipped. Also, if you pay via PayPal, a 5% processing fee will be charged for refunds.Please be aware of this in advance.


Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

- Items that have been used or whose packaging has been opened (including painted styling kits)
- If damage or soiling occurs while the product is in the customer's possession.
- If more than one week has passed since delivery without any special circumstances
Products without packaging (bags/cases)
- Other items for which it is clearly stated on the product page that they cannot be returned.

We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to our fault.
We will contact you regarding your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
