The facing material is a non-asbestos material that exhibits high friction coefficient over a wide temperature range. Combined with a ductile cast iron cover that has approximately 30% higher clamping force compared to mass-produced models, it enables reliable torque transmission. While it requires a little pedal force to operate, the engagement point during half-clutch is clearer compared to mass-produced models, making it easy to handle in sporty driving.>>Learn more

Street-first design. Mass-production shape, non-asbestos type.Pu.
Gear changes are essential as a means of communication between the driver and the car. That's why, even in today's age of automatic transmissions, there are still people who stick to manual transmissions. And our sports clutch amplifies that feeling. Our unique organic (non-asbestos) material, which uses high-strength fibers and increases the proportion of copper wire woven into the friction material, improves the basic performance of the clutch disc, such as fade resistance, rotational strength, and reduced change in the coefficient of friction. This enables operability in stop-and-go driving on the street and during half-clutch operation, as well as performance across a wide temperature range.
Of course, in terms of its primary function of power transmission, it employs double springs and reinforced diaphragm springs, and in combination with a ductile cast iron pressure plate that increases clamping force by approximately 30%, it has the ability to reliably transmit the torque of high-output engines. The term "reinforced clutch" has an image of being difficult to handle, but that is only the case when using a racing-spec clutch as is on the street. Racing clutches are designed specifically for extreme situations where they become extremely hot in an instant, so in the harsh conditions of the street, which are different from racing, various disadvantages occur, such as noise, uneven wear, and deterioration of durability.
Of course, it can be tiring to operate. But there's no need to worry. Our sports clutch, designed primarily for street use, requires slightly more pedal force than mass-produced models, but it allows you to drive effortlessly, from sporty driving to city driving.
