Tower bars are relatively inexpensive and easy to install, so they have a fashionable feel, but they can be designed in a variety of ways depending on the concept. Since we insist that "a highly rigid body is what creates sure-footed handling," our goal is of course to prioritize functionality.
The basic design that runs through all vehicle models is a completely one-piece structure with an all-steel shaft and bracket welded together. The shaft that connects the left and right towers is a highly rigid oval shape, laid out as linearly as possible. Additionally, the bracket where it joins the body is equipped with a cylindrical rib to provide sufficient strength, and all stud bolts are fastened together to strengthen its unity with the body. Furthermore, twin gussets (reinforcement plates) are installed to even out the pressure applied to the joint surface with the body. This ensures the highest level of rigidity of any tower bar. While it will produce a sufficient effect when installed alone, we recommend combining it with lower arm bars, floor cross bars, etc. for total body tuning, if possible.
