Refund policy
◎Please return or exchange the item within 7 days after receiving the item. Please be sure to contact us in advance. We may not be able to accept your request if we do not contact you in advance.
◎In the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged or defective during shipping, or if the product is different from the one you ordered, we will replace it at our expense. In that case, please contact us and send it back.
◎Please note that in the case of a return or exchange due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and refund fees. Please note that products that have been used once or that have been scratched or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
◎Orders can only be canceled before the product is shipped. Please note that cancellations cannot be made due to customer convenience after the product has been shipped. Please note that if you use PayPal payment, you will be charged a 5% processing fee when making a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Items that have been used once or whose packaging has been opened (including the painting of styling kits)
・If scratches or stains occur at the customer's expense
・Special circumstances If more than one week has passed since delivery
・Items without packaging (bags/cases)
・Others, returns can be made on the product page. Products that clearly indicate that they cannot be used
We will bear the shipping costs for returns due to our defects.
We will inform you of the refund within 3 business days after the returned item is received.
