■Installation Procedure
① Attach the pattern
*Since the Roadster (ND) does not require a template, this step is unnecessary.
Cut the pattern along the cutting lines.
Place the template on the side panel, align it with the rear door edge, fender arch, and fuel lid edge, and secure it with masking tape.
② Installation of fuel lid cover
Determine the placement of the fuel lid cover and temporarily secure it with masking tape.
At this point, ensure that the edges of the fuel lid cover and the fuel lid overlap evenly, and align the protrusions of the fuel lid cover with the extension of the dashed lines on the template.
Lift the fuel lid cover upwards and degrease and clean the double-sided tape application surface (outer edge of the fuel lid). Do not spray parts cleaner directly onto the mounting area; instead, spray it onto a paper towel or similar material before use.
Apply pack primer to the double-sided tape application surface of the fuel lid and let it dry.10minutes)
Peel off the backing paper from the double-sided tape, fold it over about 30mm to the front, and secure it with masking tape.
Carefully check the position, and while pulling off the backing paper of the double-sided tape, firmly press the fuel lid and fuel lid cover together.
Once you remove the pattern and masking tape, the job is done!
