Consumption tax, shipping fee

Free shipping within Japan applies to purchases totaling 3,300 yen (including tax) or more.This will be delivered free of charge.
For orders under 3,300 yen (tax included), the shipping fee is a flat rate of 880 yen (tax included) nationwide.

For orders from overseas, shipping costs will be added based on the weight of the items.
Additionally, upon receiving the goods, you will be required to pay customs duties and consumption tax according to the tax rates set by each country..

Returns and Exchanges

Please request returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us in advance. We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges without prior notification.

◎In the unlikely event that the delivered product is damaged during delivery, defective, or different from the product you ordered, we will replace it at our expense. In that case, please contact us and return the item.

◎Please note that in the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and bank transfer fees for refunds. Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

Products without packaging (bags/cases)
- Other items for which it is clearly stated on the product page that they cannot be returned.

About product delivery

Your order will be delivered within approximately two weeks from the next business day after your order is received (excluding out-of-stock items). We regret that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates. We will deliver your order as soon as it is ready.*Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock.

Our business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end/New Year period.
However, if your order falls during holidays such as New Year's or Golden Week, we will ship it sequentially from the next business day onwards.
