About delivery time
Your order will be delivered within approximately two weeks from the next business day after your order is received (excluding out-of-stock items). We regret that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates. We will deliver your order as soon as it is ready.* Backorder purchase andPre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock.
Our business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end/New Year period.
However, if your order falls during holidays such as New Year's or Golden Week, we will ship it sequentially from the next business day onwards.
Please note that deliveries may be delayed during periods of high order volume, consecutive holidays, or before and after our company's regular closing days.
Regarding items being sold out or out of stock after ordering
Our online shop shares inventory across multiple systems, and there may be discrepancies in stock levels depending on the timing. While we constantly adjust our inventory, popular items may become out of stock if orders are concentrated. In the unlikely event that an item is sold out or out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding the possibility of restocking and delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding product shipping
Even if you order multiple items at the same time, the shipping carrier and delivery date may differ depending on the item. In such cases, we will inform you of the shipping carrier and tracking number by email at each shipping stage.

Regarding order cancellation
Order cancellations are accepted.merchandiseCancellations are only possible before shipping. Please note that cancellations due to customer reasons are not accepted after the product has been shipped.

Regarding the initiative to abolish delivery slips
At AutoExe Store, we have discontinued sending delivery slips in order to promote a paperless system and prevent the leakage of information such as order details. Please check the "Order Confirmation" email that we send you when we receive your order for your order details.
For those who wish to receive a delivery slip, we will send you a PDF delivery slip attached to an email. Please include "Delivery slip requested" in the "Order Confirmation" email so that we can see your order number, etc., and reply to the email.

If the recipient is not available
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the shipping company will leave a delivery notice, and we will arrange for the recipient to contact us to make arrangements.
Generally, if the recipient is not home within 7 days of the delivery notice being left, the product will be returned to the sender.
If your order is returned because we were unable to deliver it, you will be responsible for the redelivery fee. Therefore, we kindly ask that you accept your delivery whenever possible.
Regarding damage during delivery, etc.
While we take great care to ensure that the outer box is not scratched or dented during packaging, there is a possibility that damage may occur during transit due to unforeseen circumstances or the responsibility of the shipping company after the item has been handed over.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches and dents on the outer box that do not affect the functionality of the product itself.
About international shipping
For international orders, shipping costs will be added based on the weight of the items.
Shipping costs will be displayed on the payment page, so please check them before purchasing.

Please note that for orders from overseas, we use DAP (Delivered at Place).
The buyer (recipient) is responsible for all costs related to import customs clearance and any risks and expenses incurred after delivery.
