If the pack primer spills outside the designated area or gets on other areas when applying it, wipe it off immediately.
After applying the pack primer, allow it to dry at room temperature for about 10 minutes before proceeding to the next step.
- To enhance the adhesive strength of the double-sided tape, the work environment15Please perform this procedure at temperatures above ℃.15If installing at temperatures below ℃, please warm the double-sided tape using a hairdryer or heat gun before proceeding with the installation.
• When installing, please be sure to tighten all bolts and nuts to the specified torque to prevent them from loosening.

①Base pad assembly.
If you want to adjust the height, use the included...5mmUse a spacer.
*In the video, two 5mm spacers are installed on each side.
After assembly, connect it to the base unit.
Tighten the included flange nuts with a ratchet wrench, and then use a torque wrench for the final tightening.(Tightening torque*:5.0 Nm~7.8 Nm) *Reference value
②Degrease the back of the base and apply double-sided tape.
We will clean and degrease the back of the unit.
Next, attach the double-sided tape cut to the specified length.
Please refer to the following for tape length and placement.
③ Determine the mounting position.
Temporarily attach the product to the door trim.
If you feel the height is incorrect, go back to step ① and adjust the height using the 5mm spacer.
Once the adjustments are complete, apply masking tape along the outer edge of the main unit to determine the mounting position.
Remove the main unit once, and then check the mounting position on the vehicle body.(Inside of masking tape)Clean and degrease it.
Afterward, apply pack primer to the degreased area and leave at room temperature.10Let it dry for about 1 minute.
④ Attaching the knee pad itself
After removing the double-sided tape used for temporary assembly and degreasing the back of the main body, apply pack primer to the outer surface of the product.At room temperature10Let it dry for about 1 minute.
*This degreasing process is to improve the adhesion between the product and the double-sided tape.
Remove the release paper from the double-sided tape that you have attached.30mmPeel it off slightly and fold it back to the surface.
*Please note that once the double-sided tape is applied, the height cannot be adjusted.
Place the main unit against the door trim, which has been positioned using masking tape. While firmly holding the unit in place to prevent it from shifting, peel off the release paper from the double-sided tape and press it firmly into place.
*Please note that this item is heavy, so press it firmly against the vehicle and be careful not to drop it.
Finally, remove all the masking tape used for positioning.

① Determine the mounting position
After cleaning and degreasing the double-sided tape mounting area on the back of the main unit, apply pack primer and allow to dry for at least 10 minutes.
Next, attach double-sided tape to the outer surface of the product.
At this point, press firmly against the wall where the console trim meets the dashboard.
Once the position is determined, apply masking tape along the outer edge of the product to confirm the mounting position, and then remove the knee pad.
② Attaching the knee pad itself
Mounting position on the vehicle body(Attached in ①)Inside of masking tape)Clean and degrease it.
Afterward, apply pack primer to the degreased area and leave at room temperature.10Let it dry for about 1 minute.
Once everything is removed, firmly press the main unit onto the console.
