Estimated installation time: 0.3 hours

Difficulty: ★★☆☆☆

■Caution
・This wheel nut has a 60° taper seat. Do not install it on any wheel other than a 60° taper seat wheel. If you install it incorrectly, you will not be able to obtain sufficient tightening torque, and it may loosen or come off while driving.
- This involves dangerous work such as jacking up the vehicle. Please be careful.
・The included dedicated adapter wrench is required for installation and removal. Please keep it in a safe place after installation so as not to lose it.

■Things required for installation

・Wheel nut set (with special adapter wrench)
・Cross wrench
・Torque wrench
・21mm deep socket wrench

*Before starting work, turn off the car's engine, put the gear in park, and apply the parking brake.
Loosen the original wheel nuts
With the vehicle installed, use a cross wrench to loosen the bolts diagonally in two or three steps (until the torque is released).

Jack it up.

*Jack up the vehicle on a flat, paved surface.
*When working on one wheel at a time, be careful to prevent the car from moving by placing wheel chocks diagonally across from the area you are working on.
*For instructions on how to jack up the vehicle, please refer to the vehicle's instruction manual.

③Remove the original wheel nuts.
Use a cross wrench to remove them in diagonal order.

④Temporarily tighten the AutoExe wheel nuts.

*If the wheel nut screws are not tightened by more than 15 mm, do not install them as they may loosen or come off while driving.
First, tighten the nut firmly, then temporarily tighten it with the special adapter.
Tightening the first nut by hand will reduce wheel wobble and make it easier to tighten subsequent nuts.
From the second fastener onwards, tighten diagonally while checking the tightness by hand.
Then, temporarily tighten it using the special adapter.

⑤Tighten the AutoExe wheel nuts.
Jack the vehicle down and place it on the ground.
Use a 21mm deep socket wrench to combine the dedicated adapter wrench and torque wrench, and tighten to the specified torque.
See the list of tightening torques>>>

This completes the work.
*After driving approximately 100 km, use a torque wrench to retighten to the required torque.
The red nuts add an accent.
This product is attractive for its improved security due to the use of a special adapter wrench, and for its accentuating red top.
Please consider it!
