We carry a wide range of products exclusively for Mazda vehicles, from accessories and goods to functional parts. In the future, we plan to expand our services to include repair parts, etc.

■About installation work

Due to the nature of our online store, we believe that many customers will perform the installation work themselves.
Car maintenance and parts replacement/installation work are a means of creating close communication with your car, but replacing and installing key parts requires specialized knowledge.
There is a risk of serious accidents such as work errors and damage.
If you are not confident in the installation process, please refrain from purchasing from our online store and request that you purchase and install the product at a store that handles our products.

・For the work difficulty level, please refer to the reference work time listed in the product information.
・The reference work times are based on our skilled workers, so please allow plenty of time to work accurately and carefully.

② Regarding installation of purchased products

・As a general rule, please refrain from bringing purchased products to a Mazda dealership or car shop and requesting installation.
・ From the viewpoint of after-sales service and safety after installation, we ask that you purchase and install the product at a shop that performs legal inspections, etc.

■About shipping and shipping costs

①About sold out and missing items after ordering

This online shop shares inventory in multiple systems, and there may be discrepancies in inventory depending on the timing.We are constantly adjusting inventory, but if orders for popular items are concentrated, the item you ordered may be out of stock.In the unlikely event that an item is sold out or out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding availability and delivery date.Please note

②About payment methods

Bank transfer is also available for payment.(*Only within Japan)
However, please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

1. We will inform you about the transfer destination by email after placing your order (on a business day).
2. Please transfer the money to the designated account within one week of placing your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).If payment cannot be confirmed within the deadline, the order will be canceled.
3.Products may be out of stock or sold out during payment confirmation after ordering.If an item is out of stock, it may take some time to ship, and if the item is sold out, your order will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
4. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we cannot accept cancellations after the transfer, even before the product is shipped.please note

③About shipping the product

➅For overseas customers

AutoExe products are developed with the assumption that they will be installed on Japanese domestic specification cars.
As a general rule, we do not check the installation on overseas export specification cars, so due to differences in specifications, the product may not be able to be installed or processing may be required for installation.
Also, since we do not know the regulations of each country, it may not comply with safety standards depending on the installation.
*Only the Japanese version of the instruction manual is available.
Please understand this before purchasing.

⑦About efforts to abolish delivery notes

At AutoExe Store, we have abolished delivery notes in order to promote paperless operations and prevent information leaks such as order details.Please check the order details in the "Order Confirmation" email sent to you when we receive your order.
If you would like to receive a delivery note, we will send you a PDF version of the delivery note as an attachment to your email.Please include ``I would like a delivery note'' in the ``Order Confirmation'' email so that I can find your order number, etc., and then reply to the email.

About ordering procedure

Add to cart

On the product page, select and confirm the vehicle model, model, type, quantity, etc. of the product you are ordering, then tap "Add to Cart"Contents will be displayed when added to cart

If you wish to select other products, close the cart by clicking the "x" mark, or tap the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the product page.
If you would like to continue with the purchase process, tap "Buy Now" to proceed to step 3.

 

 

Check cart

The number of items added to the cart will be displayed in the upper right icon area.Tap the icon to check your order details and quantity.

Tap "View Cart" to display the order confirmation screen.

Once you have decided on all the products you want to order, tap "Purchase Procedure" and proceed to step 3.

 

 

Login/New account registration

If you already have an account, enter your email address and password from "Login" If you are using this service for the first time, please enter your contact information (email) and shipping address.(PayPal is also available) *Please be careful not to make any mistakes in the information you enter.
