■ Upper Mount Bushing Set
A mass-produced product with 127% increased rubber hardness. A set of 8 pieces for one vehicle, designed to be installed on the top mount of the damper. It suppresses rubber deflection from the moment the damper starts to move, supporting a quick rise in damping force. Simultaneous replacement during suspension replacement is recommended. >>Learn more

■Suspension bushing set (upper)
These mass-produced parts feature a rubber hardness increased by 125-146%. The set includes eight components: the upper arms of the front and rear, and the lateral/leading links. While ensuring practicality, it suppresses rubber deflection in moving parts, supporting precise handling. Individual parts can also be purchased separately.>>Learn more

■Suspension bushing set (lower)
Mass-produced parts with 109-140% increased rubber hardness. The set includes 8 points on the front lower arms, 14 points on the rear trailing/toe control/lateral links, and rear axle. While ensuring practicality, it suppresses rubber deflection in moving parts, supporting precise handling. Individual parts can also be purchased separately. >>Learn more

Something more than a sports car, but less than a racing car. A mass-produced product with tuned rubber hardness.

To truly enjoy driving, it's crucial to have close communication with your car. When the driver senses input from the road surface and steers, the car's movement is corrected. The driver then senses that movement and repeats the next steering input... it's about navigating this closed loop quickly and precisely. To achieve this, we, who have released numerous body reinforcement parts, have focused on the rubber bushings equipped in the movable parts of the suspension.
Even in sports cars, mass-produced vehicles use rubber bushings that prioritize vibration absorption by setting the rubber hardness to a softer level to ensure comfort. This is why, when driving on winding roads, you might feel a momentary delay in response to the driver's input. The ND Roadster, which boasts a double wishbone front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension, has over 30 bushings scattered throughout. It's easy to imagine that stiffening these bushings would have a significant impact on handling.
The key is finding the right balance of stiffness. Replacing them with metal pillow balls or hard urethane, like those found in racing cars, will give you an extreme sense of rigidity, but in return, they will generate vibrations and operating noises due to aging, making them unsuitable for street use. Conversely, if they are too soft, the response will be sluggish.
Our suspension bushings maintain the mass-produced shape while increasing rubber hardness to approximately 110-140%. While ensuring practicality, they suppress flex in moving parts, creating solid handling that is better than a sports car but less than a racing car. Our lineup includes all moving parts of the suspension, from the upper mount and lower arm (which bear the load) to the upper arm, enhancing movement during small damper strokes. We encourage you to identify the areas that need strengthening based on your driving style. Of course, we also recommend them as a tuning option that combines refreshing your mileage vehicle with enhancing its sporty performance.
