Refund policy


◎ Please return or exchange within 7 days after the item arrives. Please be sure to contact us in advance. If you do not contact us in advance, we may not be able to accept your request.

◎ If the delivered product is damaged or defective during delivery, or if it is different from the ordered product, we will replace it at our expense. In that case, please contact us and return it.

◎ In case of return or exchange due to customer's convenience, please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee and the transfer fee for refund. Please note that products that have been used once or products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer will not be returned or exchanged.

In the following cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

・ Used once, opened package (including painting of styling kit)
・ If scratches or stains occur at the customer's site
・ Special circumstances If more than one week has passed since delivery
Products without package (bag / case)
・ Other returns on the product page Products

that clearly state that they cannot be used

We will bear the shipping cost for returns due to our defects.
We will inform you of the refund within 3 business days after the returned item arrives.
